This one is easy. I have pre-cooked Quinoa on hand so I can throw a quick protein rich salad or in this case breakfast snack together in a flash.
I spoon Quinoa into a bowl. (Tip: when I precook Quinoa I add salt and pepper to taste.)
Then add a healthy dose of blueberries. (They're in season so load'em on.)
For crunch I add slivers of almonds and for sweet a small drizzle of maple syrup.
Then add Rice Milk, Almond Milk or Soy Milk and enjoy!
