Raw food preparation can be very easy or it can be very involved. So for today's recipe I decided to go quick and easy yet super nutritious.
Zucchini prepared on a spiral vegetable slicer. Diced tomatoes, lemon juice and herb sea salt. I use the brand 'Herbamare' which comes in a variety of flavors all made with dehydrated organic vegetables and sea salt.
Finally, top with your favorite nut. In this case I prefer walnuts.Oh, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil! Enjoy!
