1/2 half fresh tomato
6 sun dried tomatoes
3 pitted soaked dates
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 cup fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
herb sea salt to taste (1 tsp)
1/4 red bell pepper
2 tablespoons agave nectar (optional)
Blend together in food processor until smooth.
You can't really go wrong with this recipe. Taste as you go and go with your gut. More or less of one or the other and you have your own custom recipe.
