2 cups raisins
2 cups walnuts
Blend in a food processor until completely combined.
Mold mixture onto a plate in a circle about 1 1/2 inches thick.
Frosting:
1 cup dates pitted and soaked
1/2 lemon, juiced
pinch of sea salt
Combine together in a small processor until smooth. Spread over torte mixture. Serve right away or for a firmer texture let sit in refrigerator for a few hours.
