1 1/2 cup walnuts
14 large pitted (not soaked) dates
Powdered vanilla (teaspoon or to your taste)
1 tbls Mesquite powder (full of nutrition!)
1/2 cup Cacao powder (Not to be confuse with Cocoa powder...there is a difference)
Pinch (Large pinch of sea salt)
Hand full dried blueberries
Hand full dried cranberries (non sweetened)
2 tbls coconut shred (raw unsweetened)
Process on high in a food processor until blended very well. You should be able to mold the mixture with your hands very easily.
Shape into balls and then individually roll in coconut or cacao powder and mesquite powder. Then let sit in fridge or freezer to firm up a bit. And then fasten your seat belts and get ready to...... enjoy!

Ooh, looks yummy!
