I'm in Brazil visiting the factory that makes our recycled canvas hats and bags and I thought I'd share the process of making one of our bags from beginning to end.
This first image is the canvas that the truckers use to protect their cargo. When it is no longer useful to the truckers it is washed and cut into patterns which eventually become our canvas bags and hats.
This next image shows one of the women in the factory cutting the canvas.
And finally this last one shows the canvas bag being sewn together.
And the final product!
Here is a shot of two gentleman in the process of making the vegetable leather.
